Quick programming note

Hello Band Name Bureau readers. Right about now is when I’d be writing this month’s edition, which I fully intended to do. But here’s the deal: My family is moving next week, and chaos reigns.

After five years in Los Angeles, we’re returning to Chicago, our previous home of 20 years. We’ll be there after we spend the summer in Texas, where my wife and I grew up. I haven’t spent more than two weeks in Texas since 1996, so that ought to be weird.

I mean, “weird” is one way to describe seeing an InfoWars flag down the street from my in-laws’ house.

Notice its more prominent placement than the U.S. flag—and this was on the 4th of July.
